MAG stands for Madelaine Yorobe Alfelor Gazmen, the Chief Executive of Iriga City.
MAG kausad kita…an expression of the Mayor’s concept of governance, the kind that does not emanate from only one but from people getting together. The idea has picked up among the Irigueños because the Mayor (fondly called Baby Sister or Nene by everyone) is very apolitical and relates easily to the young and the old alike.
Now in her Second Term as City Mayor, after getting herself elected by a wide margin, she is pictured as a young (she is a young-looking thirty-something) but very dynamic lady who is casually dressed most of the time (jeans, sneakers and a simple top)
