An ancient Bicolano first-harvest offering, where a reenactment held every Febrary 11 coninciding with the feast of Our Lady of Lourdes. The festival features a caravan of gaily-decorated bull carts fully laden with fresh farm products. It also features revelers in Mardigras and native costumes dancing and parading around the city streets ending at the Grotto for the offering.
